Agreement of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FreeAgent™ platform (including our website, mobile apps, and related services). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Who We Are
FreeAgent™ is a platform operated by FreeAgent Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ABN 67 684 318 938). We provide digital tools that connect athletes, coaches, agents, and sports organisations to collaborate, share data, and promote sporting talent.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content (photos, videos, stats, bios, etc.) you upload (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
• Use, host, reproduce, distribute, and display Your Content
• Share Your Content with other users based on your settings
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is lawful and doesn’t infringe others’ rights.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate others
• Upload malicious software or content
• Access or attempt to access other user accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate this section.
Platform Use
FreeAgent grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our platform for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
• Use bots or automation to extract data
• Repurpose platform content for resale without written permission
Privacy

Third Party Content
FreeAgent may display links or information from third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee constant availability. We may suspend, withdraw, or update services for maintenance or legal compliance without notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
• If you breach these Terms
• For misuse of the platform
• If required by law
You may delete your account at any time. Deletion does not absolve you from prior obligations under these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All logos, software, branding, and original content on the FreeAgent platform (excluding user content) is the property of FreeAgent Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeAgent will not be liable for:
• Loss of profits, opportunity, or data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Any liability resulting from your use of or reliance on the platform
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed AUD $100 or the amount paid by you for the service in the past 6 months (whichever is greater).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FreeAgent harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll notify users via email or app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
